'Hadaf' Provides Programs to Support Saudization of Dental Profession in Private Sector

Saudi Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" has provided the support to the decision of Saudization, Saudi nationalization scheme, of dental profession in private sector. Hadaf has provided different training and employment support programs to achieve the objectives of this decision, aiming to increase the percentage of Saudi participation in the labor market, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. Saudization of dental profession aims to provide attractive job opportunities, increase employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector, improve and develop healthcare to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, the a press release statement said. The Saudization of dental profession has been issued last month by the Minister of Labor and Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Human Resources Development Fund, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman AlRajhi in partnership with the ministry of health, the statement added, SPA reported. It also noted that the decision is divided into two phases; the first phase will target saudizing 25% of the institutions while the second phase will target 30%.
