COVID-19 Cases Rise in UAE, Kuwait

The Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE announced registering five new deaths caused by COVID-19 on Tuesday, raising the death-toll to 253. The ministry also revealed recording 779 new cases, raising the number of infections in the country to 31,086. It also said 325 have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of those recovered to date to 15,982. The ministry also confirmed that up to 28,000 new tests have been conducted. Meanwhile in Kuwait, the Health Ministry said 608 cases were recorded the past 24 hours. The new infections raised the total number of cases to 22,575. Seven new deaths were also registered while 685 have recovered so far.
