KSrelief Continues Humanitarian Missions in Sudan, Yemen

Asharq Al-AwsatKing Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has continued providing aid to the people affected by the floods in Sudan, as part of the airlift directed by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The center distributed on Friday tents and cartons of dates in many governorates in the Red Sea and Nile states, benefiting 4,872 individuals. This comes within the framework of the relief project for people affected by the floods in Sudan. Also in Yemen, the Riyadh-based center continued providing food aid in Hadhramaut Governorate within the framework of the UN Humanitarian Response Plan for Yemen 2020. The aid includes distributing 3,000 food baskets to the needy families every month since the beginning of 2020. KSrelief also delivered five PCR devices, to the National Program for Drug Supply of the Yemeni Ministry of Health, to detect new virus cases. The devices will be distributed in Marib, Al-Mahrah, Shabwah, Socotra, and Al-Wadiah Port governorates. This aid comes in implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince to stand with the countries affected by this pandemic.
