The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen said Thursday that it has intercepted and destroyed an explosive-laden drone launched by Iran-backed Houthi militias towards Saudi Arabia’s southern region. “Joint Coalition Forces have intercepted and destroyed this evening a bomb-laden UAV launched systematically and deliberately by the terrorist Houthi militia to target civilians in the Southern Region,” said Coalition spokesman Col. Turki al-Malki.
