Saudi Arabia Records 217 New COVID-19 Cases

Saudi Arabia recorded on Sunday 217 new coronavirus cases, increasing the Kingdom’s total to 357,128. The Saudi Health Ministry also announced 14 deaths from complications caused by the COVID-19 disease, which brought the total number of fatalities to 5,884. Of the total number of cases, 4,835 remain active and 674 in critical condition, it said. According to the ministry, the highest number of cases was in the capital Riyadh with 75, followed by Makkah (35) and Madinah (29). The Eastern Province recorded 18 cases and Qassim 14 cases.
