Saudi Arabia Reports 4,710 New Virus Recoveries

Saudi Arabia reported on Tuesday 3,139 new coronavirus cases, raising its total to 164,144. In a daily briefing on the outbreak, the Health Ministry said 393 of the new infections were reported in Jeddah, 301 in al-Dammam, 299 in Riyadh, 277 in the holy city of Makkah and 156 in Madinah. It added that 4,710 more people have recovered from the disease, with the tally now at 109,885. Thirty-nine fatalities were confirmed, taking the death toll to 1,346.
