KSrelief Launches Campaign to Combat Malaria, Dengue Fever in Yemen's Hayran

Asharq Al-AwsatKing Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched this week a five-day spraying campaign to combat malaria and dengue fever in the Hayran Directorate of Hajjah governorate, Yemen. The campaign took place with participation of 20 volunteers, in cooperation with Al-Khair Coalition for Humanitarian Relief. The Director of Hayran Directorate Hamad Rabie said that the launch of the campaign of spraying pesticides comes in the light of mosquitoes in the governorate, which led to high cases of malaria and dengue fever, pointing to the spraying of insecticides in a number of Directorates under the supervision of KSrelief. Meanwhile, Saudi center also concluded earlier the fourth session of the ninth and tenth batches of Child Soldiers Rehabilitation Program in Yemen, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The project manager Abdulrahman Al-Qubati said that the center has worked to rehabilitate 426 children from different Yemeni governorates, where 25 children were rehabilitated in this course.
